D-series Air-cooler (evaporator) is espcially designed for preservation, refrigeration and cold storage rooms,  there are 3 series including DL, DD and DJ,which can be used at different storage temperatures with different fin spacing.

• DL type air-cooler is mainly applicable to about 0°C fresh-preserved storages;

• DD type air-cooler is mainly applicable about -18°C cold storages;

• DJ type cooling fan is mainly applicable to quick-freezing storages below -25°C.

• High quality mechanical expanding expanding between copper tube and fins, tight contacting and optimized heat exchanging.

• With super high temperature vacuum drying for coils, ensure inner without impurity or water substance.

• Electrical heating tubes made by good stainless steel are distributed evenly in coiled pipes, ensures excellent defrosting. Electrical heating tubes are deforsted by close connecting electrical aluminum bushing and fin holes, as as result, heat is radiated easily, ensures long service life for fan motor.

• Reasoanble design width,  space between fan blade and aluminum fin is larger than 1/3 diameter of fan blade in order to ensure sufficient effective air volume

• Long distance air supply ducts can be used according to customer request.

Material

Material: copper tube, aluminum fins, galvanized steel painted steel body,  shaded pole fan motor or axial fan motor
- Copper tube: made by Hailiang China,Φ5,Φ7mm,Φ7.94,Φ9.52, Φ12.7, Φ15.88, inner thread groove or smooth tube
- Aluminum foil: blue or other color hydrophilic, or uncoated bare
- Fin type: louver, flat, corrugated or slit fin
- Body plate: galvanized steel plate, stainless steel, aluminum or brass.- External fan motor: shaded pole fan, or axial fan;power: by design or coolig power demand; motor brand:  Hangzhou Weiguang (similar quality as ELCO or EBM), o rother brands by request

Tube bending, punching fin, tube expanding, fins installation, drying, welding,leakage test, tube bending, quality inspection, packing










FQC & OQC

Tightness testing: gas testing under 3.0Mpa air pressure
Leakage testing: water leakage testing
